Bill holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a MS degree in Organizational Behavior and Engineering Management. He has applied experience as a Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award Examiner and a Six Sigma Quality Black Belt Practitioner. With over 35 years of team building leadership and customer service experience, Bill is Motivational Vision’s principle keynote presenter on inspirational leadership growth and principle instructor for hospitality training programs at colleges, hotels, retail businesses, and entertainment attractions across the country.
Bill remains actively involved in professional development by taking on senior leadership roles and maintaining membership in these organizations the National Speakers Association, the Global Speakers Federation, Rotary International, the Society of American Magicians, the International Brotherhood of Magicians, the Greece NY Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Rochester NY Visitors Association and the Rochester NY Visitor Industry Council.
